Implementation

The projects program of works dictated that the building was to be handed over in a phased approach, with NCC intending to move into the building to each floor on separate pre-determined dates.  NIS had identified that in order to meet the overall project requirements, it would need to deploy multiple teams of engineers undertaking works within different areas of the building simultaneously.  2 x teams of engineers were utilized to carry out initial cabling works within different areas of the building (team one cabling to Patch Room 1, team to cabling to Patch Room 2), this concept was utilized through to completion of the project.
